POSITION: HEAD-INVESTMENT (LEC/CHP/HI10/03)
This position reports to the General Manager, Finance and has the responsibility of monitoring investments markets with respect to stated objectives, vetting all investment proposals, assisting in developing investment policies and processes and providing analysis and reports that facilitate decision making
PERSON SPECIFICATION
·        Minimum of HND or First Degree in Accounting
·        A minimum of 5 years post qualification, of which at least 3 ears must have been as Head of investment in the Financial Industry
·        Must possess CIS professional qualification. Additional professional qualification such as ACA, MBA will be an added advantage
·        He/she must have strong understanding of the legal and regulatory frame work of insurance business and investments, asset management and strategic management
·        The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the money, capital and real estate markets, financial analysis and portfolio modeling and management
·        Possession of excellent analytical skills, good interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrable use of IT applications in business and finance

-   At least 10 years professional work experience in an international food processing factory
-   HND or BSC Food Technology Management or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution
-   Experienced in achieving highest standards of HSE, especially Hygiene
-   Experienced in maintaining the highest standards of Facility Exterior
-   Well versed in people management, budget management and financial controls
2.   CHIEF ACCOUNTANT REF:SA02
-   A minimum of HND or BSC in Accounting
-   Membership of ICAN with at least 10 years professional experience in a reputable company
-   Well experienced in implementing group accounting / auditing policies
-   Good knowledge of financial and credit control procedures and accounting software
3.   QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER, PORT HARCOURT REF: QCM03
-   A minimum of HND or BSC in Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, or any of the physical science
-   At least 5 years of cognate experience in a similar position in a food/beverage company
-   Well experienced in quality analysis, evaluation and documentation in line with international standard is required
-   Must be familiar with, and consistently comply with current good manufacturing practices (GMP)
-   Previous experience / working relationship with Regulatory Agencies (NAFDAC, SON, FEPA etc) will be added advantage
-   Competency in collation, analysis and translation of statistical figures in addition to computer skills will be required
4.   TECHNICAL MANAGER REF:TM04
-   A minimum of HND or BSC in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution
-   At least 5 years professional experience in a food processing or production environment
-   Well experienced in equipment maintenance – to be functional at all times
-   Well experienced in inventory management and control
-   Must possess relevant maintenance planning skills
-   Must be well versed in relevant HSE procedures
5.   SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REF: SDM05
-   A minimum of BSC in Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution
-   Membership of CIM with at least 5 years professional experience in a similar position in a food processing or production environment
-   Well experienced in developing sales strategies and marketing plans their implementation

OVERVIEW:
PURPOSE:
·        Provide Telecom discipline engineering expertise during the completions, pre-commissioning work undertaken by the various Execution Contractors preparing systems for hand-over.
·        To provide the Commissioning ICAT Team with a technical assessment of the commissioning requirements for the systems.
·        To contribute to a successful execution of the commissioning works.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To aid the Project to achieve its objectives by:
Participating in the preparation of all offshore commissioning activities related to the Mechanical discipline in cooperation with contractors and vendors. This includes preparation of commissioning procedures; CTR’s and detailed commissioning schedules. Practising HSE in line with Project requirements Performing supervision on daily basis and assisting with relevant technical support to team members as required Participating in final Construction and Tri-party walk downs Assisting and monitoring vendor representatives as required in commissioning activities Ensuring that commissioning execution works are performed according to the specific commissioning procedures and relevant industry codes-of-practice whilst ensuring the activities are complete in line with the requirements of the company’s Permit To Work System Ensuring that relevant documentation, procedures, drawings etc. are being prepared and made ready for system handover to Operations Coordinating the TRIC – Tool box Talk Risk Identification Card exercise before the work commences Ensuring that on the Job training and monitoring of relevant technicians from the P& M org. are performed as per the individual needs Demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude towards other team members during the daily work activities Participating in discipline work studies and initiating improvements through the work execution Participating in daily / weekly meetings within the commissioning team
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
