·         Seeks expert with requisite experience in Project Financing and structure deal arrangements, Assessing & Mitigating Risk, Assessing Creditworthiness and Accessing Capital. Demonstrated ability to leverage limited recourse debt to fund capital-intensive projects.
·         Have proven track record of dealing with the constraints of financial markets and skilled credit committees at lending institutions.
·         Candidate to show evidence of helping borrowers to structure successful deals to the highest standards especially in the power sector. Acumen and excellence expected in quantitative analysis, corporate finance, M&A, PPP and infrastructure finance, capital restructuring and project risk management.
·         The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and strong quantitative skills.
·         Person to also handle internal corporate finance and budget portfolio for Power Acumen.

ICT COORDINATOR Vacancy
A private initiative between a Financial Institution and an Educational Foundation, with the goal of eradicating ICT Illiteracy in Akwa Ibom State seeks the services of an ICT COORDINATOR
ROLE SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be required to coordination, on-site training, support, consulting and supervision to IT teachers and students across 4 secondary schools in Akwa Ibom state to ensure successful knowledge acquisition  and transfer for the implementation of the ICT curriculum in the schools
This is a professional position requiring an individual with drive and passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will deal with the teachers on a daily basis and also serve as a primary contact and interface between the teachers, the school authorities and representatives(s) of the Foundation
THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
·         Coordinate the activities of the ICT centres across the 4 secondary schools
·         Conduct periodic training impact assessment and skills gap analysis on both teachers and students and develop a workable plan to close unidentified gaps
·         Provide periodic process report to representatives of the Foundation
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
·         A good university degree, a minimum of Second Class Lower Single/Combined Honours. (IT Professional certification, or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Education not mandatory, but might be an advantage)
·         A minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience in similar or related position
·         Effective teaching and coordination skills
·         Proficiency in the following infrastructures areas: Windows NT/2000/XP server Operating system, Network Design & Management, structured cabling knowledge, WAN/MAN Management experience

DESCRIPTION
Seek experienced utility operator background. Prior work in investor owned utility company (IOC), cooperative power, public/state owned electric utility company a must. Expert level understanding of the vertical business utility business model in a monopoly setting or competitive market reform/privatized powermarkets.
Must have knowledge and experience general electric utility systems, including bulk power procurement and retail power pricing of power including cost of service, reliability, utility cost allocation methodologies (a must), regulatory compliance, revenue protection and enhancement, detailed power pool workings such as PJM, ERCORT, New England, among others (power/capacity flow and accounting, balancing, enforcement, provider of last resort issues) , marketing, transboundary electricity trading, customer care, risk and volatility management. General knowledge of metering operations and union welfare issues.
The ideal candidate must have worked in a utility setting at a senior level.
 Education: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree. Combination
MBA in Finance, Economics or MSC degree preferred.
